IMAGINE...Young people entering the ninth grade, eager to succeed in school. Until now, though, their grades may not have revealed their promise, some are just learning English, and few believe they can afford a college education.
Within four to five years, every one of these students will earn a high school diploma and have the opportunity to complete two years of a rigorous college education.
These young people will achieve this:
