The Curriculum and Instruction Department consists of four specialists who service the five elementary schools,
intermediate school, middle school, and high school in Franklin in the areas of Math, Social Studies, Science, and Language Arts.
They assist teachers and administrators with curriculum, instruction and staff development. 
In addition, support is provided for Title I, Gifted and Talented, English as a New Language, and Special Education.
