About Me |

I am the art teacher at Franklin Community Middle School. I have completed 13 years of teaching art education, 12.5 of which have been here in Franklin schools. While teaching at Custer Baker Middle School, I taught grades 6-8. At Union Elementary, I taught K-5 for one year. Currently, I teach 8th grade at the middle school. Ball State University is where I obtained my Bachelor’s of Science degree in Visual Arts Education (all grade). I live in Columbus, Indiana with my husband and two children. My hobbies include helping run my son’s sprint car race team, spending time with family and friends, and reading.
